This file contains a completely new version of the 'snd ' resource editor I uploaded a while back. With this version, you can actually edit the sound commands, sound format, synthesizer, and sound headers (not stereo ones yet, tho) - all graphically, too! Really impressive! Also includes some example sounds. Bear in mind that this is a pre-release version, and it is not fully tested and not all of the features are fully defined.
